Study1200
Language Learning

SANAKO Study 1200 is language teaching software that meets any institution’s demand for teaching technology that is lightweight, dynamic, scalable and fully modern. The software is fully compatible with modern computer operating systems including current and future versions of Microsoft® platforms.

This language teaching software is also modular, allowing teachers to install modules that introduce additional teaching or learning activities, or even classroom management or administrative functions.

Updated SANAKO Study 1200 software provides schools with an affordable, flexible licensing system that ensures that schools have exactly the resources they need for IT-based teaching. This flexible licensing system helps schools make the most of their IT infrastructure while avoiding expensive over-licensing.

The new Study software also offers easier and more efficient IT-based teaching, while the latest add-on Modules help teachers ensure that students are on top of their subject matter, and allow them to learn more effectively by continuing their drills outside of the classroom.

Study 1200 allows teachers to incorporate Internet and IT resources into language learning, and offers voice and text-based communication tools to help students interact as much as possible in the target language, with the teacher as well as with their peers. To maintain control of this exciting interactive learning environment, Study 1200 puts a number of classroom management and student monitoring resources into teachers’ hands - they remain at the centre of learning!

Teachers are also equipped with a number of tools that allow them to track students’ progress, and learners are provided with many opportunities for self-directed or independent study. The Study 1200 software interface is easy to use and activity-led, leaving no room for errors or missteps in teaching routines.

Sanako Study 1200 is designed for intensive listening and voice-based activities. Its digital recorder allows for the playback of material for activities such as listening comprehension, and also allows students to record their voices for activities such as model imitation, reading practice and mark-to-speak drills. Along with the student voice graph which maps voice intonation and inflexion, these activities support student self-evaluation and -correction.
